Cedarwood is a 48-unit assisted living facility attached to Jefferson Community Health Center. It is a private not-for-profit organization jointly owned by JCHC and BryanLGH Health Services of Lincoln.

Gardenside

Gardenside is a 39-bed nursing home facility operated by Jefferson Community Health Center. The facility, which adjoins JCHC, offers an Eden program that brings pet therapy to residents, social and recreational activities, a day room, social services and allows residents input through a Resident Council.
